Thumper is a very happy goat. Rima, his dam, was a favorite of mine at Redwood Hills, not only for her stunning good looks (she was 2009 ADGA National Junior Champion, 1st place milking yearling in 2010 and 2012 ADGA National Grand Champion), but also for her unabettingly cheerful personality. They're always happy! Thumper is a deep ribbed, powerful buckling who shows lots of width throughout. His pedigree has some of the breed's well known does from recent years appearing in just the first few generations. Willow Run Armand Rishona, Shining Moon Sine Qua Non, Tempo Aquila Tokay, Redwood Hills Odyssey Finesse, and of course Rima. Even amidst a herd of fantastic animals at Redwood Hills, Rima stands out. She is extraordinary in every way and her pedigree is laden with longevity. In particular, the intent is for Thumper to bring Rima's rump width and extreme udder traits into the herd, especially teat placement, rear udder width, all while maintaining long foreudders and fine texture.
